As some of you know, I have been going to Miller-Motte to train to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, so I’m always on the lookout for cool articles. I found this one about the absolute necessity of massage on the Cosmopolitan website:

    Not only should you be hydrating well before the massage, but hydrating well AFTER the best massage therapists Toronto is essential. My massage therapist gave a very good analogy when she said our bodies are like a wet dish cloth. When you wring out the cloth you are releasing all the water
